☑ Warranty service
Rtelligent warrants that all items will be delivered free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of 12 months from the date of shipping to buyers, with tracking using a serial number. If any Rtelligent products are found to be defective, Rtelligent will repair or replace them as necessary.
However, it is important to note that this warranty will not apply to defects caused by factors such as improper or inadequate handling by the customer, improper or inadequate customer wiring, unauthorized modification or misuse, or operation outside of the electrical and/or environmental specifications of the products.

Warranty Range
Rtelligent does not provide any other warranty, whether expressed or implied, including but not limited to warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or any other warranty. In any event, Rtelligent shall have no liability whatsoever to the buyer for payment of incidental or consequential damages, including, but not limited to, damages for personal injury or property damage.
Return Procedure
To return a product to Rtelligent, you need to obtain a Return Material Authorization (RMA) number. This can be done by completing the RMA request form from the Rtelligent overseas sales technical support staff. The form will ask for detailed information about the malfunction of the repair required.
Relative Charges
For faulty products within the warranty period, we provide free warranty or free replacement
For Shipping freight returning defectives to Rtelligent Technology are the responsibility of the RMA requestor. Rtelligent may cover the return freight shipment for product repaired under warranty.
☑ Repair Service
The Service repair period extends from 13 - 48 months from the purchase date. Products that are more than 4 years old are generally not accepted for repair.
Service repairs may be limited for models that are discontinued.

Relative Charge
Repaired units will be charged an amount,include without limitation, plus parts and labor. Rtelligent will inform buyer relative charges before repair.
Shipping freights to and from Rtelligent Technology are the responsibility of the RMA requestor.
Determining Product Age
The age of a product is based upon the first time the product was shipped from the factory for purchase. We retain complete shipping records for all serialized products, and from this we determine the warranty status of your product.
Repair Period
Normal repair period for return repaired products to buyer take 4 working weeks.
☑ Soft Reminder
Some products may not be repairable as they are beyond the maximum age limit, have extensive physical damage, and/or are priced so competitively that repair is not economically feasible. In these cases, purchasing a new, replacement drive is recommended. We strongly encourage discussions with our overseas sales business department prior to requesting a RMA to qualify each return.
